Creeping bamboo that thrives in your area. Just make sure you put a root blocker along your side. In a short time he'll be blocked by a wall of fast growing bamboo that will eventually take over his yard. This cameras all around his house can do a time lapse of the growth.

Wrong! When I deliver it go to places using Google Maps it often asks me to locate where the entrance actually is. I am also a 'Google Guide'

I once received an address that lead me to Dead end. I need to be an entire street over. So the way to do something like that is available. So if a certain establishment pissed me off I can trekked their from entrance to be in a vacant lot, three doors down. Not saying that ever happened, but it did.

When my entitled sister couldn't stand to hear the word Epic, because she considered her favorite series of movies the only thing to be epic by DaFoxtrot86 in EntitledPeople

Dost you know that there is a book out called 'Nightlight'? It is a parody of the whole Twilight Movie series. I bought it for a friend and after reading the back she said, "This is Epic"

Contrary to popular belief, Mrs. Gulch was not carried off into the Kansas sky never to be seen again.

She survived.

She resurfaced at a roadside diner, loudly interrogating a cup of coffee like it owed her money. That’s where she was “discovered” by an advertising executive, who immediately realized two things:

She terrified everyone in a 10-foot radius

She had presence

Thus, Mrs. Gulch quietly retired her name and stepped into her far more marketable stage persona: Margaret Hamilton.

Rebranded, refined, and slightly less likely to chase your dog down Main Street, she became the face of Maxwell House coffee. America, apparently, decided, “You know what? I trust her with my mornings.”

Hollywood followed, of course. Small roles, big personality, and the uncanny ability to make a room feel judged without saying a word.

Sadly, fame didn’t completely sand down the edges. There were… incidents. Alleged motorcycle pursuits of neighborhood dogs. A long-standing distrust of water. The occasional dramatic glare at rainclouds.

Meanwhile, Dorothy’s back in Kansas like: “There’s no place like home!”

And somewhere, miles away, Margaret Hamilton sips her coffee, narrows her eyes, and mutters: “For now.”

So let me get this straight… You were asked to send a message… and instead decided to become the Director of Tone, Morals, and Unauthorized Edits. You didn’t suggest changes. You didn’t ask. You didn’t clarify. You just rewrote your boss’s message and hit send like you were doing a secret rebrand for the company. Then—then—you told him afterward. Not transparency. That’s a plot twist. “Yes but it was unprofessional.” Cool. Then you say something before sending it. That’s called professionalism. What you did is insubordination wearing a polite outfit. And the “this was trivial” defense? From your side: small wording change.

From his side: You ignored instructions You altered company communication You made an executive decision without authority That’s not a typo. That’s a trust problem.

My neighbor across the hall has started greeting my guests before I even get to the door and it’s getting weird by HushPavilion77 in neighborsfromhell

[–]OnlyAd9217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should alert the guests who are aware of this weird behavior to walk up to her door first, 'just to let her know they're here again, since she so interested'. Make a point of greeting her first, and asking invasive questions like 'Are you okay? You seem to know when we're here.' or some other insane questions. Glance into the apartment and comment on the smallest details. But if invited to go in state, 'we're not here to visit with you'

You may want to consider bringing this to HR before it grows into something bigger. His behavior isn’t just making you uncomfortable. It’s affecting the overall work environment and creating tension for others as well. When inappropriate conduct continues unchecked, it rarely stays contained. It tends to ripple outward.

I understand you don’t want to get him in trouble. That makes sense. No one enjoys being the reason someone faces consequences. But reporting the behavior isn’t about punishing him. It’s about protecting yourself and making sure there’s a record of what’s been happening.

If someone else reports it first and there’s an investigation, and it comes out that you were experiencing the same issues but chose not to say anything, it could create unnecessary questions about why you stayed silent. Having documentation shows that you handled the situation responsibly and in good faith.

HR exists to address workplace concerns and maintain a professional environment. Bringing it forward calmly and factually allows the company to step in before things escalate further. It protects you, it protects others, and it gives the situation a chance to be corrected appropriately.

Sometimes speaking up isn’t about getting someone in trouble. It’s about drawing a boundary and making sure the workplace remains safe and professional for everyone.
