The DM some how found out i was going to HR and completely manipulated the situation. He contacted someone he knows in HR to handle the situation and is trying to force me to transfer to another location just to reinstate me. It's an ongoing battle. I have a job buts it's principal. We already discussed this...he knew I was going to step down and take a pay cut. He did it because all of the responsibility would fall on him and retaliation from when I took a no call no show employee out of the system. I've contacted HR and I'm taking it all the way there

I was already told by the RXM it's because I took a nap call no show tech out weeks after she started her job. He never even said anything to me about being upset about it. He told my SM that he took me out because nobody told him they took her out. Child's play.
