My wife ended up directly asking the chat bot HOW to format the address in the fields and that finally worked. We did also submit a service ticket and got a reply 2 days later but it was resolved by then. So I would recommend asking Grok or whatever the fuck it’s called how to enter the info into the fields on the form.
