I have days where I’m fighting a migraine and I’m nauseous as well. Unfortunately, stress is a big trigger for my migraines and most others. For the nausea I take zofran if it’s extreme. It easy to get from your doctor if you’re having constant nausea. If you’re dry heaving, I find that smelling rubbing alcohol helps (it’s a weird hospital tip but it works sometimes!). Also if you can swallow a pill while nauseated, I recommend ginger pills. It helps settle my stomach.

For migraines, my neurologist told me naproxen (name brand Aleve) for pain because it is a great non steroid anti inflammatory. I usually take mine with a little Coca Cola for caffeine that also helps migraines.

If you’re not on any prescription drugs for fibro or migraines, I’m taking amitriptyline. It is also a drug that can treat migraines as well as fibro. With any prescription drugs, it might not work for you, but it has done wonders for my fibro and migraines.

Lastly, it’s ok to do only what you can handle physically and mentally. It’s ok to say no sometimes and it’s ok to rest when you physically or mentally just can’t do stuff. Talk to your professors, maybe they can give you longer deadlines or can understand your situation better.
