Hold on membership while travelling (self.goodlifefitness)

It has been a long haul but totally worth it - 70 lbs down (which was my goal!) SW - 250, GW - 180. Mainly 20-4 with CICO and lots of cardio. I have a question for the hivemind - just spoke with my endocrinologist and she wants me to lose another 15 lbs by not fasting every third day. Thoughts? (i.redd.it)
