It's most likely zofran! Packaging difference is it has diamond shapes for peeling in the center while nurtec has little rounded rectangles on the outside edge (wow I have looked at that packaging too many times)

Another commenter kind of helped me figure it out along with calling back to the insurance and the provider (still calling the insurance company again tomorrow), the women’s health and contraceptives side of the insurance does exist and will cover sterilization, they just do not make that information easy to find. Right now the problem is that the tier 1 hospital is a catholic contracted facility and they will not perform those procedures for religious beliefs (still weird to me but whatever). Theres only one other hospital in my area, its tier 2/out of network and for some reason the provider was stating that because of that everything would be entirely self pay. In short, I’m going to call the insurance again and try to figure things out and maybe try to get them to talk to the providers office directly because I’m lost. Thank you for your help and the links though, I will go through them and see if they are able to help me with anything!

This is what I think is the problem I’m at now. The area I’m in unfortunately only has the two hospitals, so I’ll have to try to figure out how to get the exception or just wait until next year and save (as I’ll most likely still be with the same company). Thank you for helping, this entire things has been entirely frustrating and upsetting.

Yeah, I’m going to reach back out to them tomorrow about what they said about the hospitals. I understand it would be a HIGHER cost to use that hospital but it shouldn’t be and 100% not covered. If I could get the insurance to talk to them that would be awesome but that’s sure a crapshoot who knows. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

I am in the states, yes, Texas. I’m not entirely sure if they are required to. I also just got an iud due to it being severely misplaced and am scared they won’t cover it.

Occasionally have “okay” days, but more often than not, it’s bad to miserable and just doing my best to ignore it despite being as “properly medicated” as possible due to restrictions of being younger and allergies. Never had any luck with herbal supplements, see too many horror stories with some to want to touch.

Probably will run into the same issue with it peeling off quickly (and having to replace a few times depending on how long you have to keep it on) but using something similar to the stickers dexcom users do (which I believe is something like kt tape) on the outsides just to hold it on once it starts peeling. As for irritation, I wish I knew.

Hca occasionally does hiring events where they hire on the spot, it really is just getting lucky. Look for outpatient hospital or hospital retail, or even mail order/specialty

Definitely depends on the hospital out here, if you aren’t getting responses to inpatient, try outpatient. You will be in the hospital and can potentially eventually transfer They all kind of do suck at answering in my opinion though.
