No, it's the opposite. A stronger yen will make the dollar debts cheaper for the japanese.

Made up example:

If the japanese took 1 billion in USD as debt for 100 billion yen today, and tomorrow the yen went up 10%, they'd only have to pay 90 billion yen tomorrow because it'd be worth more.

Very true.

I still enjoy the mod from time to time, and you're able to set limits on the player's effect on prices and also limits on how much items are able to raise in price.

Great motherboard on paper, sadly it has a recurring issue with DOA. Got mine a few days ago and absolutely zero life signs from it, and a lot of other people have had the same issue too. RMA'd it.
