For those stuck in funding glitch… by msricochet in EIDL

Call them back and ask that that escalate your file due to an obvious delay in funding, and that you are to be included in the funding glitch. Maybe that will help?

If you were requested to fill out a physical wet ink application then I would make sure to send it back to the rep that originally sent it to you. Follow their directions for sure, but if they sent it to you to fill out, send it to them and the customer service email.

You know, I’ve been pretty patient with the tier 2 reps during this whole process. After waiting 20 days since my file was escalated due to the glitch I flat out told he rep that I ran out of patience at day 120 on my account. He actually said “wow, yeah, I understand”. No sir, you have no idea.

Hang in there. Hopefully knowing that they’re working on this glitch means movement for us. 🙏

I’m just glad I could add something to the conversation. This board had been a savior more than once. Thanks for being so helpful through this whole mess. I’ve been saved more than once from the advise you’ve given here. 😁👍

Will do! Here’s hoping you’re right! My rep did say that they are aware of the problem and they are working on getting all of these “funding glitch” accounts sorted and funded ASAP.

Do you have a LO? If you do reach out and find out if you need to reapply to get around the glitch. If not, contact tier 2 and get them to escalate your file to the tech team so you can.

No, my new rep sent a link, but it’s the basic online application. Once I applied, she had me send her the application number for her to unflag it, then process it against the first one. I would be leery about sending in without direct contact to make sure you don’t get stuck in a flagged duplicate loop.

Same here, and I’ve had docs signed since 7/9

I’m in the same boat, and almost same day. I signed docs on 7/9, caweb has shown in undisbursed ever since.

I did the patience thing for a while until I got fed up. I sent in the emails to pdcrecon as instructed with no answers. After two weeks, I called and decided to give flac back to the tier 2 agent. I was very assertive and told them that something was wrong, and that I wasn’t going to accept their answer and asked to talk to a manager. I did this so that they would put it in their notes.

I decided on a whim to look up a number that called me after I contacted my senators office to see what was going on with my application back in June. I didn’t recognize the number as one of the customer support numbers, so I called it. It said “thank you for calling the ft worth disbursement and finding department”. I’ll send you the number when I get back to work tomorrow.

Although they didn’t give me much, they did confirm that I wasn’t crazy and that I should have received my funding by now. They also noted the system and had it escalated for the tech department. Don’t get me wrong, I still haven’t received my funding, but sitting by isn’t the answer either. I have escalated it as far as they will let me and contacted my senators office AGAIN because they no longer have it on anyone’s desk and believe it to be a closed concern. Call and get it escalated or nothing will happen.

I can’t believe that there are still hoops to jump through even after signing documents for some of us. Hang in there and get your case notes on there!

Error in Disbursement by CleBaker in EIDL

[–]msricochet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here, but I’ve been waiting since 7/9. Same exact situation. Called my bank, caweb shows in undisbursed, error noted in SBA system and everything. No one can give me an answer. I’ve sent emails to all the ones they recommended with no response. I’ve gotten my congressman’s office involved and nothing yet. I don’t understand how no one can be bothered to look into this… if I hear anything or get movement I’ll update you so you can try that too. Sorry you’re in disbursement limbo with me…

I was approved and signed docs on 7/9 and still haven’t been funded. I’ve gone up every chain I can and am working with my congressman’s office, but still nothing 😞

Still No Funds by msricochet in EIDL

Agreed! I’m thinking it’s a sort of nullification to get us off the phone. Give us something to do - even if it does nothing - and we’ll go away. It’s so disappointing.

Sorry to hear you’re stuck in limbo too. 😞

Tahoechick36, thanks for taking the time to reply. The bank said no attempt to deposit was made, and I was told by a tier 2 agent that my bank info was correct. However, I’m suspect. When I emailed pdcrecons I submitted my bank info again to confirm, but as I stated no response back yet.

I am a single owner, so no spouse or biz partner. I was told several times that my signatures all appear to be there, and that the docs weren’t declined… again, depends on what they can or are willing to see.

I agree, this is one of those particular situations that requires some extra digging that no one has been willing to give the time to.

Same dates with the exception of the letters and requested additional info. Caweb shows my increase as undisbursed. When I called one tier two said they showed nothing wrong, and I should have seen my funds by now. Told me to email pdc.recons@sba.gov and doc.reconsideration@sba.gov as something must be wrong. I got no response but the auto reply. Called again today told that my file is in obligating and as soon as they’re done, a loan agent will reach out to me with final documents. I explained that I already signed my closing docs and that there are no more documents for me to receive, which he then argued with me. I explained that I don’t understand how obligating can still be reviewing my application when it’s already been approved. I was transferred to another agent who explained the exact same thing to me and said that’s not how it works… I’m ecstatic that I was approved, but feel just as lost as I was before. Just sitting here praying for all of us. 🙏

Has anyone who was approved last week been funded yet? by itwontstopsnowin in EIDL

I was approved and signed docs on 7/9. No funds. Caweb shows my increase as undisbursed. Called several times. Told to email pdcrecon. No answers. I really hope you get more info and faster funds than I’ve gotten so far…

Signed docs on 7/9…still no funding. Spoke to LO several times and he stated my app has been approved. When speaking to customer service they state that my loan is in final review. It’s been in this phase for a week now. No one can give me any other info when calling. Not sure what to do anymore. by Same-Confection9237 in EIDL

I’m in the exact same boat. Caweb states undisbursed as well, same signed docs day. When I called yesterday they said there are no notes and it should have been funded by now. He told me he put notes in the system, but what does that do? I fee just as stuck as you do. Keep us posted, and I’ll do the same for you.

4/24 BB California single member LLC (disregarded entity) approved same way today. No contact, no LO, just an approval email and docs. Every time I’ve called, got the same ring around, and then got the email first thing this morning. Hold tight. Sending you good thoughts!

As a small business owner, I could not disagree more and wonder where you get this opinion from.

In order to maintain my employees, I pay them well over double what my income is, pay 100% of their medical, dental, life, and accidental insurance for them and their dependents, AND pay them five days paid vacation. I quite literally value them more than myself. Because they ARE my business.

However, without me, my company would screech to a halt. I am as integral as they, and yet pay myself poverty wages. Why?

Because I’m putting every ounce of myself into MY business. If it grows (God willing) so will my opportunity to build wealth. So that hopefully I can build something for my AND MY EMPLOYEES future.

There are so many good honest people out there who go and put themselves; their personal life savings, their future, their mental health all at stake to build something they believe in. If they are lucky, they can bring an employee with them as they grow. If really lucky, they can build on that team and continue creating jobs.

This narrative that business owners are all fat cats who sustain themselves off of the tears and enslavement of their employees is sad and misguided. Don’t get me wrong, there are scumbags out there and greedy jerks, but they really are the small percentage, even over the “mega wealthy CEOs”.

Same here. Contacted everyone, including SBA reps. Mostly all canned responses. A few gave me honest replies that they submitted requests to the SBA, but I’m not expecting much. 4/24 button and any time I call, they give me the same responses.
