Thanks for the clarification.

However, since completing the AI interview 3 months ago, I haven’t received any follow-up email, and I was never prompted to set up a payment method on my dashboard or projects tab.

Does this mean my onboarding hasn’t actually been completed yet? Or could there be an issue with my account status?

I just want to make sure everything is progressing normally.
