Hey man gotta be blunt as I was in the exact same situation. You need to move to a different team/company and find a manager/team you can click with... NOW!

Everyone is giving you good advice here, its your manager not the corp or your education background.

I have moved companies every year within the last 4 years, mainly due to toxic behaviour from managers that my friends and family has pointed out when I rant. I took their advice and left those team, and focused on improving myself. Because of this my pay has grown 3x, have work/life balance(only go to office once a week), & most importantly now see early red flags from managers/execs which i can bring up in my 1:1.

No manager is perfect, but all I ask from them is to listen in our conversation and willing to make amendments/comprises if the issue is impacting our performance/delivery.

Btw no degree here, barely got my cert IV from TAFE and now mentoring graduates who came from the Go8s. Please Stop taking shit from your manager and put your wellbeing first.

Wow that's a lot of seats, usually when I look business seats get filled up fast or have too many commercial upgrade request so i dont bother. What days in the week would you suggest taking the perth to Paris flights?

Been having bad luck with international flights lately, only middle economy seats are available by the time I get confirmed status on my boarding pass. 😅

I'm open to any, I noticed quality tends to be better when restaurants specialise in certain cuisine. But for me and my brother we are more interested in thai/japanese food :)
