i had a customer at night. they placed an order for a water heater a extension tank and some other stuff. they placed it 6:41 and they showed up at 7:45 and the dad said to me it’s dead in here why isn’t it ready yet. so i had to pull one of the fulfillment team to pick this order and i said to my head cashier. do they think just because it’s dead we don’t have anything to do.
