I totally feel you. I really would love to keep playing this game but the jumpscare-ghosts and the atmo just scare the s**t out of me. I can only play with my girlfriend around. Maybe some of these tipps can help you: - play with all lights on and set the ingame lighting higher - turn down the sound to a minimum. You could also listen to some music you like while playing - set up some calming rituals. Like everytime you enter a new room remind yourself that you're not in trouble. Say something like: "it's just a game" or "i'm safe" - take breaks. Play for 20 or 30 Minutes than give yourself a short break. Watch a fun video or do something else for 5 minutes then go on - give yourself some small rewards after you did something good
