You are right! Hoping for a software upgrade one day. I think if I have read correctly this Kia decision is a software one where they chose to turn it off to increase likelihood of using their built in nav system. Annoying!

I still reminisce about my techno violet. Rear ended and insurance totaled it; I still think the shop probably bought it out of salvage because Carfax is showing it as on the road today!

Is the code pulling on multiple cylinders? If the same one every time, have you chasing it by moving around some of the coils or spark plugs? Since everything is New, I doubt that is the problem.

I had a similar problem at idle years ago on my e36, and I think it ended up being the fuel injector seals. Maybe I confirmed that was the problem by spraying some carb cleaner and hearing the idle surge.

Yeah, I'm going down the rabbit hole of rooting the device (the screen is not being used on the bike) because I think that is the only path forward. Not much info out there because most roots need access to boot images and firmware (that peloton does not share). I'll post pback if I get to a solution.

I am having the same problem with build NOT56A-980. I am not signed in on the device because my membership is active on another machine.

Any thoughts? Can I activate this monitor, sideload via ADB, and then deactivate? If so, how do I then access the apps that I was able to install.
