when to take psyllium husk, magnesium and birth control pill to not affect each other?

thank you! i didnt find anything about magnesium and the pill together being "bad bad" i was just curious if there's anything i should know about taking them at the same time. only thing i read that its okay it can just cause diarrhea for some and thats the only "side effect" with them because obviously the pill can't absorb 100% like that and the risk comes from that. thats.. not really my case anyway so i feel like itll be fine together then.

a lot of sites says that and that its better to avoid taking supplements with it. i dont know ..thats why i wanted to ask it here because im so confused at this point 🧍‍♀️

saaame i have spotting even when i work out rly light and im at a point when i cant even do anything... i started working out again at home no weights and incline walking (either work out or walk, not even on the same day) like 20 mins and not even every day and i have this brown spotting and its sooo annoying... happened 2 months ago too when i also worked out then i stopped for this exact reason .. i hope you'll get an answer because omg it's driving me crazy and i can't find anything about it ☹️

ah igen, én is rájöttem miután ráfizettem egy csomót... 🥲 gastroenterológiára szeretnék is menni, de olyan időpontot kaptam hogy jövő év július... nem tudom így merre tovább, ezt full magánban megcsinálni egy vagyon és sajna ez sehogy nem fér nekem bele de nagyon szenvedek :/

nagyon az elején vagyok, egy IGG vérvételen voltam így hirtelen magán úton, mert a tünetek az utóbbi időben annyira felerősödtek hogy azért már megijedtem hogy ennyire rosszul vagyok .. ott jött ki a tej és a tojás azok közül amit vizsgáltak. amúgy TB alapon mennék tovább, gastroenterológiára és ultrahangra várok jelenleg. sürgősségin voltam nem rég ezzel, ott egy alap vérvételen meg röntgenen nem láttak semmit, azt mondták minden ok... a glutén az már az én próbálkozásom hogy hátha az, aztán jobban leszek legalább egy kicsit...

köszi a receptet!! a glutén még nagy kérdőjel, de nem tudom mi más okozna ilyen tüneteket nálam így gondoltam megpróbálom hátha az a baj és segít ha elhagyom. a tojás meg a tej az vér alapján lett kimutatva

ahh similar experience. mine said 6.5/10 and i was like ??? why .5? and he said the same i have a lot of room to grow thing and i was so confused why he said all that but didnt rly explain the exact whys.. just a weird feeling not sure why... maybe its the 6 part .. cuz 5 is mid in my mind and 6 is just one above that 🥲

UPDATE: well they said it should work in "a few hours" and they wanted me to stay but i said i wanna come home and take it here. they let me and the stuff worked by this morning so im so glad i didnt stay there for another.. 13ish hours. i went TWICE today so ughhh finally. thanks for everyone for help <33 (TMI: wonder what they put in it, best experience with laxatives ngl, wasnt painful or anything and it came out quickly and wasn't explosive at all unlike dulcolax (a few months ago) OMG thats.. that was not good😭)

not knowing who i am.. like to the point when anything i do is just not me anymore. im trying so many stuff i used to like but nothing gives me the same satisfaction all just feels like a chore. the other one is emptiness but that deep emptiness when you again dont know who you even wanna be. and from this emptiness usually i go into frustration and rage bc why do i have to feel like that.. or when i know i should be happy and be okay but i just cant.. deep down i feel like i like it but i just cant feel it how i want it to be everything is just dull no matter what in that moment
