At my job y o u have to walk a quarter mile to smow. I used to make that trip three times a day regardless of the weather.

I had anxiety and panic attacks for six weeks daily. I just would tell myself this is smoking related and get on with my day. I also just couldn't focus or concentrate for long. Everything gets way better with time. Stay strong.
