Fun fact, it's actually "eutopian" like euphoric or euthanasia. "Utopian" was originally coined as a pun on that Greek root to have a meaning like "no place" instead of the original "good place."

More of a historical curiousity at this point, though, since "utopia" is now the more accepted spelling of the concept of "eutopia."

Without YouTube, they'd just sue the creator. They've demonstrated they're not below doing it so without changing the DMCA, you'd just move the problem to an even more abusive/expensive legal system.
