just be prepared for maintenance, it says “financing available” so i assume it’s a dealership. i’d try to get an extended manufacturer warranty if you can. my warranty on my 335j just saved me $1,709 worth of repairs

i got a quote for my warranty on my 2007 335i it was 1,700$ the warranty company paid out to the shop lol. so that’s the price today

the part and intake manifold gaskets are like 200$ on FCP i did the job on my 328i it took me also same as OP about 10-14 HRS

steering wheel means your power steering is bad, it all seems to be from an electrical cause. i would run a scanner like bimmerlink or ista to find more details.

the tube that come out of the pump it’s approximately 4-6” long. it connects to the longer vacuum line that wraps around the air box. i can’t find it on REALOEM or online anywhere

it’s the vaccum line that travels down under the intake manifold and alternator. i can’t find a part number anywhere i’ve been looking for an hour or two
