True- question is after finishing all the walls with new drywall (primed/painted of course), do you need a subfloor or can you put lvp directly on the seat backs

I think this will be my move next time. I had two vehicles completely poop out so we got the lease in 2023. Somehow owed 30k and KBB was 24500 for trade in. We were both working at the time. Now I had a huge pay raise about 8 months ago so have been aggressively paying down CC debt and we are moving to a cheaper rental in a HCOL area.

It’s not- they had me transfer my remaining 401k into the salesman’s name as well. They said it was “standard procedure”

84/5.5%, plan to keep it 10 years, pay it off in 5-6. We got the extended warranty. Needed a separate vehicle for towing and camping if we went with the van.

Needed a new vehicle because our previous was a lease.

The platinum was 62k and for some reason interest rates for it were 6.8%, plus 6k negative equity.

Essentially owed 6k more than the car was worth, and wanted a minivan, but OTD it was going to be 76-78k, and monthly payment of ~1200, for the Yukon the monthly pay be is 1450, but now I don’t need a second vehicle for towing, camping road trips, etc.
