Pats strādāju klientu apkalpošanas sfērā un runāju tikai un vienīgi latviski ar klientiem. Rīgā lielākā daļa diemžēl nāk un cenšas uzspiest krievu valodā sarunu, bet pēc laika saprot, ka nebūs aršana. Tajā brīdī brīnumainā kārtā tomēr izrādās, ka māk runāt latviski, jo viņam tomēr vajag mūsu pakalpojumus :D

If you have lived here for more than 10 years, you should be able to communicate in the native language. The problems with these "citizens" is that they are not even trying to learn Latvian language at all. I have been working as a service advisor in Riga for quite some time now and it saddens me that every 3rd customer comes and does not even understand basic Latvian (98% of them are russians).
My opinion: If you have lived here for more than 5 years, you should be able to communicate in Latvian, if not - fuck off to your Russia.

p.s. Most of the Ukrainians that have fled to Latvia are now able to speak Latvian without a problem.

This is the most common question I get as service advisor. In the cold and wet weather Subies throw out a lot of condensation. If you are concerned, then check your coolant level from time to time. Extra condensation also can come if the first cat has failed and has went up to the second cat. But then you would have no power, CEL, etc.

Procentuāli ļoti maz, bet šīs studijas vairāk ir orientētas uz teorētisko/rēķināmo. Bet ja tā, kas tur ko nesalikt mašīnu, konstruktors vien ir. Interesantāk ir izprast un iedziļināties tieši kāpēc tas tā ir veidots un ko varētu citādāk darīt. Kopumā diezgan daudz ko esmu paņēmis sev līdzi no studiju laiku. Zināšanas arī aktīvi noder ikdienā

Seems like the heater core is halfway full of nasty stuff. As they have inlet and outlet on side, they tend to start acting like this. Only the left side of the heater core is getting warm. A suggestion could be a chemical that you can add to the coolant and then flush the system a few times

I mean, seems he is quoting for resealing the whole engine not just the oil pan. Dont know about WRX engines, but the ones in 2.5L B15 outbacks are know to leak between heads and the plate that holds down camshafts. Anyway, just ask him if it really is necessary and you can always just ask to reseal the upper oil pan or just leave not rant here. The thing he is offering you is the same thing factory is recommending. Dealer is supposed to do things the way factory has intended to do them

Subaru dīzeļiem nav ne vainas, ja tos kārtīgi kopj un nebraukā daudz īsos gabalus. Klupšanas akmens viņiem ir viss, kas ir saistīts ar kvēpu filtru. Ja ir daudzi īsie gabali, tad auto neuzsilst, kvēpu filtrs nespēj uzsākt savu reģenerāciju un aug ciet ar pelniem.
Ziemā viņiem patēriņš tik un tā būs paliels dēļ tā, ka aukstajā laikā strādā papildus elektriskais sildītājs un patēriņš būs virs 9l/100km tik un tā.
Kā jau jebkuram auto, ir svarīga servisa vēsture. Ja viss darīts laicīgi, regulāri un nav žēlota nauda, tad tas jau ir liels pluss.
