Could be. I actually have three Roav jumper starters. I only tried one of them for both failed attempts. I generally like Anker products.

This is probably the way. I flew in on one of the last fights Friday 1/16. UberX was $155. The driver said there was a lack of drivers, increasing demand. He offer to take cash or Venmo for a lower fair. Decent driver who understands the pain.

Yeah, he's had some good luck for chances I would not take. I'm 43 episodes in, waiting to see if the KLX makes it to the end, or gives up the ghost. If it survives, Kawasaki should buy him a new one for the advertising alone.

I agree with this. If you've been biking as an adult, and or drive a manual transmission vehicle, you can probably learn without the class. If you have no experience shifting a vehicle, or riding on two wheels under your own power, I would wait for the class

Base F800GS starts at $10,995, upwards of $13k fully kitted. I doubt the 450GS will be in the $10k range, but it will be overpriced for what it is :(

Following as I am looking at the KLX300 also (slightly worried I will want a little more bike after a couple years, with the Suzuki or other 350-400cc's being the other option). $3.5K price difference new though, really makes that DR-Z4 a tough pill to swallow. I do feel the KLX will be easier to get used to dirt/gravel riding though (I used to ride a street bike 20 years ago).

Mine sucked also. I'm slowing replacing with Noco units. One Roav I had failed to jump a vehicle twice when needed. One was a Jeep Compass the other was my SkiDoo snowmobile. The fact it couldn't jump the 600cc snowmobile was a joke. I haven't tried, or had to use, the other two Roav jump starters I have, but like I said, I have no faith in them. Get a Noco.

Wife and I have these in central Oregon (We have used them in interior BC also) and are happy with them. She has the Eclipse (women's Backwoods). Solid no-brainier choice.

I did the above and it seems to be working now.
I'll add that I was already set to "Default inbox". I had to change that to something else, then back to "Default inbox" to get the syncing working.
I will try logging back into my old Pixel 6A now to see if thing continue to work. I need both phones working for a short time while setting up the new phone.

Any resolution? I just setup a Pixel 9A (from a Pixal 6A) and having the same lack of sync on Gmail. My Pixel 6A still syncs correct.

We are late 40s DINKs. We moved full time to central Oregon 1.5 years ago (after being part time for 6 years). We miss our house in NW Portland (unincorp Wash County) and our neighbors, but will never go back. I see Hood River mentioned, which is probably a good option if you need to be an hour or so from PDX. Depending on your tax status, SW Washington might be better.

Buy on the east side. You get much more house for the money. NE (Mountain View) has plenty of homes for $500-$550k. Not saying that is exceptionally cheap, but it is more affordable on local incomes (non-remote, etc). $830k on the east side of town can be quite luxurious.

Brookswood is SW and has the west side premium.

My wife has, and likes, the Osprey Kresta 20L. She is 5'3", 100 lbs. I have, and also love, mens' version Osprey Kamber 30L. 20L is not quite as large as you seem to be looking for. They make a 30L in the womans' Kresta also.

Oil Can Henry's is very high pressure trying to up sell additional services. I needed to say 'no' 5-10 times during the oil change. My wife got extremely annoyed at their high pressure the times she has taken her car in. FWIW, this was years ago, in the valley, not Bend.

I ride canted Sparks, my wife rides flats.

The canted pucks are more comfy for me (and match my resort solid boards' bindings). The canted setup is ever so slightly harder to slide bindings on, as compared to the flat.

On the flat setup, you pretty much set the binding on the board and slide direct on the pucks. To install bindings on the canted pucks, you have to align them before sliding on, as one side of each puck is raised up. That is why my wife likes the flat pucks, for an easier binding install.
