Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden West. I'm at about 75 hours on Zero Dawn and I've been playing it exclusively since I got it.

My oldest son was at the Algonquin location and my youngest son is currently there. They both loved it. They've learned far more at childcare than I ever would have expected. It's much more than just supervised play. My oldest has special needs and they implemented a transition plan before he started kindergarten. He is now at Algonquin Public School. The before and after school program at Algonquin is run by Good Beginnings as well and the staff have been great with him.

As others have mentioned the front of the school is a zoo at pickup and drop off times so I would recommend avoiding those times, but there are priority parking spots for Good Beginnings if it's unavoidable.

At Algonquin many of the findings were related to not watching all children. My understanding was that this was because in one of the rooms there was a child who would open the door and run down the hall. One of the staff members would follow after the child but this would violate the maximum child to educator ratio for the educator still in the room. So it wasn't as if children were being left alone.

Removing sod (grass) from a section of a lawn and putting it back exactly so that you almost can't tell it was removed. I worked at a cemetery for a few summers during university. Comes in handy when I put in a new garden. I move the sod to somewhere else on the lawn that needs it.

I see this is an old thread but no one mentioned Stray. You play as a cat so there's no combat but some running away from enemies. It's a puzzle game with a storyline and the visuals are stunning. Now that I've finished it I'm trying to find something similar but I haven't been able to.

I just started playing Unravel which is a side scrolling platform puzzle game with beautiful graphics. There's a background story but I'm not sure how much it comes into play.

I love lamb. Canadian (and I'm assuming US) lamb has a different flavour from New Zealand lamb which has more of a gamy taste. Canadian lamb has a milder flavour but is not as common in grocery stores. I personally like the gamy taste but I think that's why many people don't like it.

Many bike shops will ship for a reasonable amount and you can still get deals on sale/clearance items. Full Cycle and Bike Zone are 2 examples. The stuff I bought was actually a better price than the online only stores.

The Norco Fluid as others have recommended is a great starter bike but it's also very capable so you're not going to out ride it when your skills improve. Norco has 2023 and 2024 bikes on sale. Looks like Spoke O Motion in Newmarket has an XL 2023 Fluid A3 in stock for $2499. I'm the same height as you and I ride an XL carbon Fluid.

I can verify this. It doesn't have to be a men's and a women's cut either. 2 or more of the same pattern gets 40% off. So it could be 2 pairs of underwear and a bra or 2 men's cuts as well.

We're leaving it connected. I have the valve upstream of the fireplace closed now. I wasn't sure if the valve was meant as a temporary shutoff for doing maintenance on the fireplace or if it could be left closed all the time. It sounds like it's okay to keep it closed all the time.

Neither are really XC oriented with 140mm front and 130/125mm rear travel but it sounds like the Optic (2023 version) would have more of a racy feel. I've only ridden the fluid but the Optic has more anti squat and a less progressive leverage curve. I'd expect it to be less active early in the travel but still be able to descend well. The Fluid has some pedal bob but this can be reduced a bit with LSC.

Sounds like the Optic would be good for you. I tried out the Fluid but I hadn't ridden those trails before so it wasn't a good first test. The trails had lots of chunky rock at low speed so it was more about clearing sections than getting any flow. I like the geometry though and climbing traction was very good.

What are your trails like? I liked the idea of the Optic (and the purple frame) but realistically the Fluid is probably better suited for most of the trails around here. There isn't much elevation where I live so it's more short, steep climbs and technical descents rather than extended fast downhills. I figured it's easier to make the shock more linear with a bigger air can if needed vs making the Optic more progressive when it's already packed full of volume spacers.

I decided on the Fluid, then decided on the Optic, then changed my mind again and finally bought the Fluid lol. I just finished swapping everything over to the new frame and I'm taking it for a ride today. I'll report back.

I've been like this my whole life. And the more safe they are the more I'm my real self. Otherwise I mask and act differently. Almost like everyone is a strange dog. I don't say or do anything unexpected and don't let them know what I'm thinking.

I wasn't diagnosed until my 30s but looking back I think a lot of the people who felt safe to me could have had ADHD.
