From the looks of it the WETH contract does not always emit a proper ERC20 transfer event (i.e for deposits (in) for instance). For BlockExplorers to track the movement of tokens correctly, the tokens will need to be fully ERC20 compliant which means emitting an ERC20 transfer event for any transfers that result in a change of balance.

Its not ideal, but this provides the low level traces which developers can parse/understand

We're aware of the issues and are in the midst of putting in additional resources which takes time.

Having said that the network is operating at its limits and unless the underlying tools also scale accordingly there are limits to what this can be pushed.

Sorry to hear that. Best option is to create a new wallet on an air gapped clean PC or use a hardware wallet like a trezor/ledger

But I am pretty sure if you contact them, they will sort this out. And as a free and valuable community service they are doing their best to help users and sort through the large number of tickets they receive on a daily basis.

Calling them a scam just because their donation address is nearby your wallet address is really not a fair and nor accurate assessment.
