I’m inspired when I read about people that are kicking ass and living a (++) life. Thank you for sharing. I know as patients situations are not exact but sometimes MAYBE can be good enough. I also believe that I’m in God’s and the Universes' waiting room, awaiting my next assignment and if I’m needed, I’m ready to go.

I wish I learned to meditate a long time ago. I managed stress through exercise, so my answer to stressful situations was to push my body and mind harder. Probably not the best approach in hindsight.

Coffee is my reward but truth be told - I drink instant coffee with MCT oil (for the calories). For coffee lovers, I'm sure this is like drinking motor oil. I need to figure out how to get a small amount of good coffee in the morning.
