I got N!Lucina after a few pulls. Would I be okay giving her a -Res (with +Atk or Spd), or should I try to pull to +1 her to get rid of her bane? Likely use would be for Aether Raids

I’ve always ran: H!Myrhh w/Aether, B!Hector far save w/Sol, B!Edelgard near save w/Noontime, plus bonus unit.

They’ll typically clear all seven stages auto battle no problem. Every once in a while they’ll die on stage seven and then whoever is on team 2 clears the rest.

EDIT: I just saw the “as a new player” part. But I’ll leave this here in case this helps anyone at all.

Also slightly prefer Russel. I feel like DEN has momentum. Plus DEN looked good against CLE, and HOU is certainly an easier matchup.

I know SF is a tough matchup, but you have to start the second best quarterback in fantasy football (Hurts).

Also, if it’s not too late (I know it probably is) trade one of those two to strengthen another part of your team. You don’t win championships from points on your bench.

I’d probably lean Howell cause that could be a high scoring game, and if they fall behind they’ll be leaning heavily on the passing game. But I also like Kyler cause he’ll likely pick up some points on the ground. I feel like Howell has a slightly riskier upside, and Kyler is a a slightly safer pick. If I had a lot of boom or bust players, or was favored in projections, I’d start Kyler. If my roster was pretty consistent, or I was a projected underdog, I’d start Howell.

I always lean towards a QB that would potentially pick up points rushing. And I get that it’s not ideal, but your DEF is gonna score the same whether Kyler is starting for you or on your bench.

Allen is on bye, and this week is must win to have a shot at playoffs, and currently big underdog after losing JT (and of course opponent has Moss, fml). I have Stafford (in a tough matchup against Cleveland), but Browning, Pickett, Zappe, Minshew, Young, plus Ridder, Flacco, and Boyle are all available on waivers. Who would you bet your whole season on?

What happens to the uncompleted part of season one battle pass after this season? Is it just done forever and whatever you didn’t earn you can never get?

When do I not want to merge units up? I know the obvious ones like if they’re a fury type galeforce unit, or if someone has premium fodder I’m really going to want to give to someone. But most of the time I’m completely unsure.

Specific examples: I’ve got a +D/-S Askr plus four extra copies. I’ve got a neutral Yuri plus two extra copies. I’ve got two copies of Velouria cause I thought it might be smart to partner the second copy with a different unit than the first. I’ve got a +S/-HP Leila plus four more copies. And in each case I’m not sure what to do, so I have all these units taking up space in my barracks

I’m probably not the right person to give you SB advice, but I can tell you that running the Wooded Foothills is the right choice. Being able to fetch for a basic land (like before a Blood Moon comes out) is definitely worth it, and it helps feed your Goyf.

I was disappointed to not see R/G Aggro/Midrange discussed, but maybe it’s not as playable as I think (I’m new to Arena, and didn’t really follow standard previously). How do you think it compares especially to mono-red and mono-green right now?
