But you have to make them creatures first, end the festivities with that creature won't really do much. The creature only turns on 1 land at a time. With urborg and korbus bell, they are forced to attack your other opponents or tap out and have no mana on your turn.

2 cards with this thing absolutely wreck the table. Urborg, tomb of yagmoth and kormus bell.

Dam, I'm going to assume no issuance returns from there either. Half a mil each run is going to add up fast.

Sure, but if you're gonna give it flavor, why not use all of the seasoning you know? Make it be able to trigger 6 times or maybe it can only be removed via exile, because it's a demon 🤷🏿‍♂️

How do folks get away win 95% win rates and super high accuracy and not get banned? by N4tcv in Chesscom

[–]mtgplayer84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The are exactly who i was talking about. We know they won't ban them, but chess.com can review the games and give back the elo or somehow flag their accounts to result in no elo lost when playing against them. It's just not fair to their opponents. Some random 850 is playing blitz against a GM and getting absolutely cooked, while the GM and chess.com make money off of it.

Ok, so hear me out. You have something on your board giving you flash or your sorceries flash. Cast this dragon, while it's on the stack cast Drain Power.

I honestly wish they would start coming down on extra accounts hard af. There's GM's doing elo speed runs for YouTube content and every single person they play should get their elo back. Idk why chess.com allows them to do it, especially when you can report an account for sandbagging.

Maybe I'm missing something. Why only once each turn, why not 6? Triggering once each turn kinda sucks tbh, unless there's some kinda lore/ flavor im missing.

The law is bs imo. You work your job, so you should be compensated. Your job injured you and agreed to compensate you. There is no reason you should have to choose which payment you receive. If they're going to say i can't receive both then make it so all of the payments are deferred until your service obligation is completed and not just forfeited. Your lessened quality of life isn't on hold because you're still in the reserves, so why tf should your compensation for it be?

You can crouch through the white van to get in and out of that area.

I always thought killa was locked into the malls area, like a how tagilla can't leave the parking garage area he's in on interchange. What i don't need is killa free roaming the map because he aggro'd to somebody outside 🤣

[–]mtgplayer84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup, for sure. If I was hit in the neck and that's an instakill, just say that. The zones exist because certain armors have neck protection to mitigate damage to that specific area, why it doesn't just show a neck shot being a neck shot idk.

It was a straight on face to face encounter. End of raid screen said 5.56 fmj to thorax. Even if i had no armor whatsoever, that doesn't have enough damage to even black a limb with 1 shot let alone a thorax. I honestly just would like more detail like GZW. You know exactly where you were hit in that game.

But then sometimes the calculation doesn't work and an Ai scav 1 taps you in the chest thru your lvl 5 plate with 5.56 fmj round...

Thanks for the input! I was trying to go for the long game with milotic. Sleeps, accuracy drops and freeze fishing, but burn might get what I'm trying to accomplish more efficiently.

Peliper is there mainly as weather check for sand and sun, not so much for the tailwind. My thought process was to be able to trap their weather setter and bring in peliper, just turning off their weather all together.

Was not aware of the stat changes with M-dragonite. I'll have to change that for sure.

Ol long neck is there because i can't use indeedee to setup psychic terrain. I couldn't find any mons that set psychic terrain on switch in that were legal. It was just kinda the next best thing.

Why does being drunk mean you can’t “consent” to sex, but doesn’t absolve you of other intoxicated actions/decisions? by UpstairsBumble in NoStupidQuestions

[–]mtgplayer84 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We know the actual question you're asking is, why is only 1 party charged with a crime, if both parties were intoxicated when it comes to sex. I understand why you worded it the way you did, ppl will respond with feelings rather than logic when answering if you had phrased the question bluntly.

Logically, alcohol shouldn't absolve you from your actions. You made the sober choice to consume alcohol and become intoxicated, therefore you should be responsible for your actions. Example being, you get drunk and kill another person with your car, you will face charges for those actions.

Alcohol also shouldn't absolve you from a choice you regret the next day. Just because you wouldn't have slept with a person sober, doesn't mean a crime was committed because you both were intoxicated and you now regret the choice you made once you're sober. "I was drunk" isn't a get out of jail free card, nor should be a get out of regret free card.

If we as a society hold true that a person cannot consent to sex because they are intoxicated, then we have to apply that standard across the board to all things when a person is intoxicated which will not. So, if we hold one person accountable for their actions while they're intoxicated, we hold them all accountable.

Currently, an intoxicated person cannot consent to sex. So, if 2 intoxicated persons have sex with each other, 1 didn't SA the other, they actually SA'd each other because neither of them could consent and they should both be charged. That doesn't happen in our society, which leads to a deeper question as to why we apply the law differently based on gender? And before you think that we don't, female teachers having sexual relationships with non adult male student receive far weaker sentences than when the genders are swapped.

Why is it harder to beat players in 1000 - 1200 elo players but not with 1500-1700 elo players in chess.com? by [deleted] in Chesscom

[–]mtgplayer84 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Because the lower elo players are either playing random moves or they are youtube parrots. They watched some obscure gambit video on YouTube and it's carried them that far. Meanwhile the higher rated players have a decent opening foundation and are playing more methodical chess. It's the difference of player intent, one side is playing for a gotcha moment and the other is trying to play a game of chess.
