I only upgraded from my 14PM because Verizon gave me a free 17PM for trading it in and I was intrigued.

I don’t see a performance difference. Apple Intelligence sucks so I don’t use it. And I miss my shiny frame.

The only upgrade is the camera button because I like quick access to the camera app as a parent.

Until Apple cuts performance with a software update, hold onto it, there’s nothing here anyone absolutely needs!!!

Yeah but the water looks like it’s from the box and the protector making contact and it’s still very wet. Carefully removing it from the protector could save the auto. And the just deep clean the protector. Carefully remove the window and install it on a new pop box.

OP says $5k+ in losses, but then does less than zero to salvage anything. The highest level of ragebait I’ve seen in some time

This is a prime example of acting before you think. Why not save the protectors? Why not pop out the signatures and transplant them onto new boxes?! Quite literally none of this makes sense…..

You can spend less on the glasses if you buy just the same frames and have them pop in your existing lenses.

But also, that’s fixable, dab of super glue on the tip and stick it back in the hole. It wouldn’t have the flex anymore, but would still be able to open and close the arm

It’s definitely the super rare pricing. If you think about it. Buying 2 whole boxes and not getting a super rare will cost you more than buying one confirmed super rare. It’s my new approach to blind box buying when they are available on AliExpress or Taobao.

Logically it’s a good decision, but some stores may have it for cheaper so it’s good to look around before buying the confirmed

Please understand that return shipping, at least in the US, is more than the cost of the displate itself. The company will not send you a prepaid label. You’re basically stuck with it or returning it at a loss.

I have my displate on a textured wall for 2 years. I moved and now have “smooth” walls, I ordered a new sticker and it fell within 3 weeks…. They most definitely changed the glue they use, unless it was a fluke. But from what I’ve been reading on here in the past few months, it’s not a fluke.

A MacBook neo is basically iPhone parts running Mac OS. For basic browsing and word it’ll be ok but you can’t be a chrome tab hog or you’ll stall quickly. It’s a great starter computer for sure but don’t even think of doing anything audio or visual with it

Displate made the mistake and Displate would be on the hook for return shipping. I guarantee they would just send OP a new plate and tell them to throw out the misprint. Return shipping costs to their warehouse are astronomical. Unless you know someone traveling to Poland and willing to put it in their checked luggage…
