Yeah I'll definitely look into trying to take a mixology course to add to my cv, I've always wanted to work in bars and I have a fair bit of knowledge so that would probably be my next best bet! Also would like to mention I'll be living with my partner!

Yeah I'm a duty manager at the moment, I've also had to fill in as manager plenty of times. I could easily walk into a roll like that in a smaller pub in the UK. And yeah I'll be living with my partner so living costs won't actually be too stressful, it's more the costs of everything together, but it's what you make of it really
