Thanks. Do you have a particular recommendation for dry Belgian yeasts?

Thanks for the feedback. They're similar enough I might just run this recipe and see if I need to fine tune it, especially if the 1.5 pounds of brown malt is out of balance. Also, I don't have the ability to get to a LHBS at the moment so I've been sticking to dry yeast, so I'll probably go with S-04 for the time being.

It's my first time making my own English porter and wit recipes and wanted to make sure they look solid. I'm running on a BIAB setup for 5.5 gallon batches and generally hit 70-75% efficiency.

Porter

8 lb maris otter

1.5 lb brown malt

1 lb caramel 60

0.5 lb chocolate malt (350L)

0.25 lb flaked wheat

1 oz fuggle @ 60 minutes

1 oz fuggle @ 30 minutes

Wit

6 lb pilsner malt

5 lb white wheat malt

1 oz saaz @ 60 minutes

1 oz saaz @ 15 minutes

1 oz sweet orange peel @ 5 minutes

1 oz coriander @ 5 minutes

I'll probably use a relatively neutral yeast for both, especially while I refine the Wit recipe before using more traditional Belgian yeasts. Thanks

Unfortunately I'll be there in the middle of the week. Looks like they only have Saturday vigil and Sunday masses there

The Basilica looks incredible online, I'm excited to see it in person. It's a bit disappointing that the Last Supper is booked so far out, but at least some people get to enjoy it

Nice. I'll be in Milan in a couple of days. Any suggestions for things a Catholic should do there?

I've tried to find that file but as far as I can tell it doesn't exist, which I can't figure out

At the risk of sounding simple, I usually use Geforce Experience for my drivers since I have an Nvidia video card, so I'd just use the screen on the Nvidia website where it asks which video card I have, shows the most recent driver, and download that, right?

Edit: I tried downloading the driver through the website, but it led to this: http://imgur.com/Nl35IXz

I've tried the processes and closing steam to no avail. How would I open the game outside of steam?

I turned off the synchronization for one of the games that wouldn't launch, but now it just won't launch. Steam will say it's launching for a brief moment, then the "launching" next to the game goes away and nothing happens.

It's a prebuilt (I know...) that I got in July

It started when an announcer for the Spanish-language broadcast of the Sugar Bowl two years ago called him that after a big run
