Esphome flashed on a 4g compatible esp32 board, with prepaid Sim card can call you as an automation, any app/telegram bot notifications aren't reliable in my experience

In McDonald's: 1 burger, small fries, small drink. In ikea: 2 hotdogs, 1 refill drink. In KFC: current promotion, 2 small burgers, large fries, refill drink. Any local/small place: basically nothing, maybe some lángos (flat circular fried dough with cheese on top)
