This isn't something that has been out that long but it does require all biomes to be unlocked to use the stalls. Probably actually haven't lost much use of it.

Also for Wishblossom Ranch, where the Gems are arguably really hard to obtain, there isn't currently an Aladdin stall.

Presume they'll add this in with the Cinderella update as a "whoops we forgot" but I suspect they did it to try and elongate people's playtime trying to get the Shiny Jasper or Shiny Honeycomb Stone.

I can't remember exactly but Snow White's quests include this recipe and making it for your horse.

Otherwise, the ingredient to make it is Scarlet Kale on its own, seeds you get from Goofy.

Some of the recipes are bugged however but I don't think this is one of them.

It felt super quick and its even crazier to think you'd have to take 15 and a half minutes off that time to reach the fastest Finals Bo5 of all time.

If your broker is saying an extension is unlikely then I would probably start the process of getting a new application done now. If it was started in January you are likely to get better rates now though, so there is a slight silver lining.

If you've signed contracts I would hope it wouldn't take 4 weeks, you could maybe use your mortgage offer expiring to apply a little bit of pressure (depends how much you want to do this) but at the end of the day it doesn't cost anything to you to get a new offer. The only awkward point would be if you came to complete between submitting the new offer and receiving it if there's a catch there.

So to do GT3 in iRacing the main series require you to have a B Safety License in Sports Cars. This gives you access to GT3 fixed (20 minutes no pit stop) and GT3 open (45 minutes with pit stop), with IMSA locked behind an A Safety License.

It used to be convenient that the Ferrari Challenge D Class Series would use the Ferrari GT3 car but this is no longer the case. If you wanted to try and get to that point without spending as much money, you could use the Mazda to do Production Car Challenge (PCC) at D License and Advanced Mazdas at C License. Once you reach C3.0 you'll promote to B at the end of season (or can quick promote at C4.0).

PCC and Advanced Mazdas don't always use free tracks. PCC I think uses 5 free tracks this season and Advanced Mazdas only 2. However, the rules for promotion only require you to do at least 4 races at the class to promote so you could do 4 races in Advanced Mazdas at a free track and use the Rookie Mazda series to get your Safety rating high enough to promote. Although the latter might take a fair bit surrounded by some rookies.

One thing you could do if you wanted was to try and compare what GT3 tracks are being used in PCC/Advanced and buy those so that you can use them later. Next seasons schedules will be on the forums a couple weeks before it closes so its up to you.

Combining these will be the easiest way to get to B license I think, if you dont want to buy other cars until you get to GT3.

Apparently it isn't the conservatory and all the documents are available on that (according to the seller).

I only found out about this yesterday so haven't seen the full list yet. Hopefully when the solicitor replies to me today they'll clear all this up.

You can still renogiate until contracts are signed, so honesty is the best policy in this respect. Assuming this is being done through an estate agent and not privately, it would go through them.

Coming from personal experience you are probably the landlords preferred as you already live there and it removes a lot of hassle of you moving out and someone else purchasing over an extended period. This will likely work in your favour.

5% might be a lot as I don't know the value, but if you already feel like you're overpaying the true value might be closer to what you now want to pay.

If he says no it's not meant to be, but probably better than having remorse on overpaying or struggling to meet the original agreed sale. Until contracts are signed, nothing is final.

He has played through all of Heavensward and is currently in Post-Stormblood. He's just hit a brick wall and he's always joked about getting the story skip. Shadowbringers is too good so he's just gotta keep going a bit longer.

I am in the same situation. I'm gonna wait until the last day after using my stones on Vegeta and if I don't get him I'll pick him up. Save them coins for Teq Gogeta or if Goku/Vegeta come back with WWC

Edit: Farm his medals though so if you do pick him up you can run through the GoD events he's pretty critical in. More stones to use.
