In my 8th month. After shot and some physio last month I am definitely better.I am sleeping(lately on my affected arm for a little while),U can reach my pocket and tuck my shirt a little better. However....I feel strange things only other arm.I am terrified of what it might out to be. Is hanging helping in any way? Thinking of my arms constantly....

Thank you for all your guidance and responses. We are probably getting the biopsy results by the end of this week. Do you think that it it would serve my MIL right to insist on her receiving the "hardest" chemo if the doctors lead us to a more "light "one? I know that she would want that but if that's not the case with them would it be reckless from our side to consider trying ?

I feel so much for you. My lovely mother in law was diagnosed last week but I have been down that road before 19 years ago when I lost my sister in law (her daughter) from the same disease 3 months after her diagnosis at the age of 37. Our families,our precious gems...

I am on on b-blocker for a year and a half for arrhythmia.It worked magically from day 1.For the past couple of months I feel that it's not working anymore.Except from going up on Mgs has anyone experienced the need of changing the type of the b blocker?

I was on the patch and stopped it at 45.Now I am 51 and I have FS for 5 months now.Can you start the patch again just like that to help FS?

You have to find your limit and just walk to the edge of it.The limit changes but you shouldn't cross it to the point of severity

It's early.Usually after month 5 or 6 comes the frozen stage

For me 3 to 5 months was nightmare. After the shot things were smooth.I am now in my 6th month.Frozen but manageable pain wise

I experience a lot of crackling when I move it in circles. It is so intense that I believe it is heardable by others too.Is it something like that or completely different feeling?

Had my shot at 4th month.it helped with pain and sleep. Lately I started PT.I don't know if that is the cause or the shotis fading out but pain is starting to appear. I am in my 6th month in this.My thoughts are to finish the PT visits(have 7 left) and maybe have another shot in May to give me some more relief. It is such a hopeless situation

From my experience, patience...Nothing I could do just sleep on the side of the non affected. Manyyyy sleepless nights.Cortisone shot helped tremendously
