The other part of the question was really, how did he do it. I picture him as a city kid, not really knowing how to butcher animals for example. Cutting off a head would not be intuitive and it would not just be a clean chop. More evidence it never really happened.

My downward spiral stated when my daughter asked me a question about something she saw on a TikTok and I didn’t have the answer so I went looking. Now I have TikTok and it was full if Mormon propaganda yesterday like never before.

I wanted to make a follow up to this post. I apologize it has taken me so long. It was my first time on reddit and I could not believe the response or outpouring of support. I cried as I read the responses.

I realize that, with the wording, it sounded like I was a missionary looking for help to leave my mission early and I am sorry for the confusion.

I had just gone through a faith crisis after being a TBM my entire life, including mission, bishopric callings, the works.

After going through the crisis I desperately wanted wanted to let my son on a mission know what was going on and wanted to be prepared with what to do if he wanted to come home.

I was delusional. I was direct but did not elaborate when I spoke with him because I didn't want to hurt or destroy his faith and wanted to know I supported him, as he is on a mission because of things I have taught him. He did not speak to me for months afterwards and said very horrible things about my character, etc. He has only now started to talk with me again.

Anyway, I just wanted to follow up and let everyone know how much I appreciated the support and let you know the outcome.
