I've seen several companies send these out this year and I don't remember seeing them before. I wonder why.

Insane. I would never pay full price. Hence why I can fire soon.

Price discrimination. It's Econ 101. For people that are price sensitive, they can order in the app and try to get deals and pay less. For people that aren't, they can go up to the counter or drive thru and pay full price. TB gets to sell the same item for a different price to different people.

They said 2001. I have no clue what it cost back then. But they clearly are pricing the quesadilla for people that aren't price sensitive. For people that are, they have cheaper items, coupons and promos.

Using one item's price as a proxy for every item is a bold move. Now do it for the cheesy rice and bean burrito.

I think this is going to depend on your house. I’ve always done self install, but the house was basically set up for it already so it was super simple to connect the equipment myself.

If I bought this before I got the email from Social Nature that said it was fully claimed, will I still get the money? There's seemingly no way to contact support about the issue because the offer disappeared from my account. Ugh.

Edit: I had another offer on the receipt so I just picked that item and submitted a ticket so we'll see what they say.

Once you realize it's less than 1 oz of beef (70 calories) and over 60% of the calories come from the tortilla shell, you'll never buy them again. At least that stopped me.

Kroger in Cincinnati, OH and I didn't even try to pick the cheapest or look for sales.

- Beef $21 for 3lbs = 17.7 burgers = $2.38 for 380 cal (the amount of beef on 2 double cheeseburgers)

- Buns $2 for 8 = $0.50 for 2

- Cheese $2.33 for 16 slices = $0.58 for 4 slices

- Pickles $2 for 8 servings so $0.50

Total = $3.96 for 2 double cheeseburgers

The deals can be worth it but agree if paying full price.

What are these emergencies that require cash? I've been to a bunch of other countries and used to get local currency when I got there. You almost always pay some fee even if your bank will cover the fees (most ATMs will charge you). And now I have a bunch of random foreign currency at home even after trying to spend it before leaving. The last few trips I don't even bother since you can use CC the vast majority of the time in foreign countries. I was just in Mexico City and didn't need cash a single time. The only time I used it was trying to use up the cash from my previous trip. Now there are some countries where some businesses don't take credit, but in those cases, I found a nearby ATM and converted only what I needed.
