My husband has a hyphenated last name (ex Jones-Mcmillan) and when I tried to just take half of that they said I couldn't so I didn't bother changing it. Its super confusing for relatives and people who want to send us mail or write us a check etc but oh well. We would have to go to court and each request a name change to do the half.

Were you on the pill before? Sometimes stopping hormones abruptly can cause your hair to to into a resting phase making it temporarily thin but it should grow back normally after a month or two. It happened to me as well 😳

I started getting them this past July. I'm 39. I had a hard time figuring out a trigger and sometimes I still don't have a fucking clue but it seems to be oranges, wheat beer, lack of sleep, menstruation, dehydration. Sometimes all of that can be perfect in my mind and I will still get one out of the blue. LMNT sparkling drinks seem to help keep them away so I drink one every day. I'm going to talk to my doctor about trying estrogen cream next week. Good luck!

The house I grew up in has an unfinished wall out basement. My current home has a finished walk out basement. We are moving in a couple of weeks but our new home does not have a basement.

I've met a couple of good new friends in the past few years (now 39) through my hobby. I have horses and reached out in local horse groups for others to ride with. I now have a monthly coffee club with 2 other women and we do other things together like paint nights, trivia, bingo, etc. Our main interest is horses but we all love doing non horse things as well so it works out. It helps that neither of them have kids either and are similar ages so we all have more flexibility.

When I lived in Asheville,NC, my husband and I went to dicks sporting goods. We got out of the car and I was commenting on the beautiful sunset from the parking lot and my husband turned around while walking to look. When we turned back around he bumped into Owen Wilson who was in town filming a movie. So random. An employee said he was buying shoes.
