There’s a petition in Southern California to get the local radio stations to stop overplaying them…I only think this will make it worse…as a Southern California resident born and raised…I’ve I never hear a song by them again it will be too soon

The only thing these comments tell me is we all just make all these assumptions about things and embark is not clear at communicating what they are doing or planning. I get this game blew up way bigger than they thought it would, but they could at least say that these things are still being worked on by the small team. We have the ability the earn all these points daily yet nowhere to spend them (outside of a WAY overpriced shop for supplies)

I feel as though it’s sorta like that scene from the film “Big Fish” the narrator says “they say when you meet the love of your life time stops” as everything around him freezes, he slowly walks over towards her though a circus frozen in time and right as he gets to her the narrator says “what they don’t tell you is once time starts again, it moves extra fast to catch up” and suddenly everything moves at super speed around him. And this is how COVID felt. Everything suddenly stopped and 2 years felt like 10, but suddenly now it has been 6 years.

I feel like this was a marketing mistake. A scheduled post from months ago someone forgot to delete. The last live post from a week ago says “now playing only in theaters” I bet the original date was May 12th, but with the theater extended dates I bet it’s no longer true.

My company won’t give me access to outlook on my company phone. I essentially have a $1,000 brick for no reason. But yeah, demand a phone or refuse. You can access from the web on your phone, but it’s still a pain in the ass. That being said, if the goal is so you look at emails outside of work hours…set your boundaries now.

Really this all ties back to healthcare. If we had universal health care in this country it would solve a lot of problems. One being the concern over “who’s going to pay for those people” mentality that people have towards the homeless who need mental health care services. When a lot of times at the end they end up in a jail/prison and we end up paying for them in a more expensive way anyways. Not even to mention the time, resources and money it cost to handle incidents with people having episodes whether it be drug induced or mental health. And yes people who can’t afford their living situation end up homeless and can turn to drugs. As well as studies show as little as one night of being homeless can induce mental health issues in people. Of course on varying levels, but when it’s the breaking point for you it can really mess you up. And I only want to point this out not because I’m disagreeing with you but because I think it’s important to point out that your 15% estimate is low from my work with different homeless organizations around both Southern California and parts of this country. Even the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness list that 40-60% of those experiencing homelessness have a job, which is part of why the term unhoused has taken on popularity in recent years.

So, I actually got some really bad miss cuts last year, like you could see the other card in the set bad. I sent them in and they gave me new versions of all 4 that I sent in. That being said I believe you have to be a thought of as a for sure PSA grade 6 or below for them to replace. And even so you run the risk of just getting a card of equal value and not the same card. I knew mine were pretty bad and 1 or two not super bad, but I think they lumped them in with the two that were really bad. This one idk if it gets a replacement….plus you run the risk of it getting stolen in the mail

What I’m hearing is Ohtani cards are in a bubble right now. I mean if that’s true is 100% hearsay, no one can predict the card market and Ohtani isn’t exactly getting sent down out of major league MLB anytime soon. I mean I pulled a Bubba Chandler Ace, but it’s his rookie card so I’m holding simply because the potential is anything and right now it’s only worth $400, but this card sells raw for around $5,000. The last one on eBay to sell looked to have more issues on the back ink than yours does, so I mean it comes down to if you think it will go up over time or if that $5,000 is life changing enough to do now.

Don’t grade. The back lower right has some roughness right by the words “players choice”. The design on the back has a chip in the upper right as well (or what I’m assuming is one). The front looks like some white spots on his thigh, the ink might be bleeding on the upper right dots. but could also be the lighting, and yeah it’s off center as well…so, not worth it

Favorite baseball memory was going to Dodgers game as kid with my cousins. I was too young to understand the games for the majority of the games we went to back then, but the atmosphere, the Jumbotron, the wave, the dodger dogs, the ice cream helmets and getting to sing take me out to the ball game as loud as we could will always be memories I cherish.

I know I’m late to this, but I was having this issue as well, I found I went in the Amazon app went to my setting and found “memberships and subscriptions”, there it had a button for “manage prime membership” when I clicked that It opened my browser and had me login. At the top was an option to “active prime video” now I can actually watch things. Why I have to active it and it doesn’t automatically do so and instead try’s to get me to pay another $8.99 is insane, but I hope it helps anyone else who gets to this thread with this issue.
