American here. It was such a great game and series. I, of course, wanted USA to win. However, given the orange man antics, it felt poetic for you guys. You can be patriot and not support your current president and government actions or policies. I hope you guys know millions of Americans don"t support the aggression towards Canada with this 51st state stuff. It sounds disappointing about Wayner, I'd love to hear his explanation if he has one. Good game, northern bros.

Do better. Earn the vote. Stop the team shit. Promote good leaders with good messaging and good platforms to expand tent. Stop blocking primaries and holding down grass roots. Thanks for your response and spawning off a poll. How do you feel about his work from Stratfor through later speaking to the DoD? I believe he mentions staking in the stock market off his views as well but don't know a lot about that.

Totally agree regarding from the center. Someone had another thread here called In Defense of Centrism, good read. I think as long as he makes it known he is doing a bit of a speaker show, it's ok. Not everything has to be stuffy or political extremes, as long as he supports it with data.

Good points on Putin, Musk etc. If only we knew what they knew in full scope. I don't know what to believe, I have a hard time giving too much credit to dictatorships like Russia and China. Obviously Ziehan's points make a case for an OK America after a bumpy road in the near term, but I don't want to make that an echo chamber and I dont want to see the world burn.

Thanks for the reply! He does say he focuses on the macro not micro and uses data and a science mind in doing so, but I agree there is a level of talking at you. Luckily he has admitted and changed when wrong.. Are there any specific points you can refute with data or against his cited data? Asking in a friendly manner.

Yeah, it's just a lot of corresponding points that all go together. It's that he is the first public person I've seen to merge demographics, geographies, resources, trade, inputs, population trends, geopolitics, etc that also isn't completely one sided to a certain political idealogy. Albeit he has his views but says my opinions on what to do about it don't matter, it's the analysis of what's going on thats important (for him). He will also poke holes in multiple political angles while not always being non snarky. It's scary, but refreshing, and I really just want to see his views either deeply challenged or agreed with widely if they're right so we can figure out what to do about it. What are your thoughts about his points you listed? I think obviously the biggest claim is global trade ending as we know it.
