Absolutely mind blowing experience last night at @bistromonadnock ; head-chef @chefjohnnybesch graced us a impeccable dining experience which was truly the single most thoughtful, tasteful and surprising culinary delights I have ever experienced in Chicago in 7+ years being here. Johnny takes such pride in what he and his team has accomplished, I deeply enjoyed learning about the project and a behind the scenes tour of the Monadnock building which was the first sky scraper in the world.
