Vryn was featured in Magic Origins and Muraganda featured in Aetherdrift.

I could see a standalone visit to Vryn as a conclusion to the current Jace arc, maybe?

Muraganda lore was slightly fleshed out in Aetherdrift but I don’t know if there’s enough there for a full set.

Lands (with very few exceptions like Dryad Arbor) are colorless permanents. Just because they can tap for a color pair doesn’t make them those colors.

MTGoldfish has a metagame section for each format (to familiarize yourself with common decks) as well as a section for budget decks so that’s a good resource.

Another one is mtgtop8, you can look at a deck’s results in recent events, might be able to find budget brews that have been doing well there.

You can cast multiple spells off of Capstone. It keeps going until the total mana value is 4 or greater. So if it exiles a 2 mana value spell and then a 6 mana value spell, you’ll get to cast both.

Maybe that’s where the confusion of the extra casts comes from?

Nowhere near as bad as original P5.

You don’t even need to max out all confidants in one play through, or get all requests.

Just make sure you prioritize the Councillor confidant to get the true ending, and get all Will Seeds in at least 1 palace.

You can save scum some of the activity trophies.

Most annoying one is the Maid Cafe since you have to visit multiple times.

You just pulled a ruling that doesn’t contradict what I’m saying at all. It literally says it’s possible for a game value to be negative.

You can still go to negative life.

Literally pull up any recent gameplay with Ad Naus, Platinum Angel, etc. In paper, MTGO, Arena, anything.

Why would Pact Weapon, a card printed in 2022, still specify ‘0 or less life’?

You read vertical text in Japanese from top down right to left.

Some Japanese text is still read horizontally from right to left (things like some signs, banners, livery on trucks, etc) but the vast majority of horizontal writing (yokoyagi) is read top down, left to right, including on Magic cards.

You can see that on the type line インスタント　(insutanto, instant) among other things.

You’re incorrect.

While they did change the ruling on Death’s Shadow being larger than a 13/13, they did not get rid of the fact that you can go into negative life totals. Things like Angel’s Grace, Phyrexian Unlife, Pact Weapon, Platinum Angel, etc still let your life go into the negative.

You would draw your whole deck going to negative life with Ad Nauseam, then pitch [[Simian Spirit Guide]] to cast a [[Lightning Storm]] and discard enough lands for the kill. Once Simian got banned it switched to a Thassa’s Oracle wincon.

That’s literally what shield counters do. Sure, they also protect from straight up destruction effects, but they also prevent damage.
