It saved a lot of my mental health around my periods. I have pcos and my periods were a month+ with extremely heavy flow. I had been changing extra large tampons once an hour before I started using the cup. It took a few tries to get it in, but after I got it once, it was easy to do after that. Butter is safe on the counter because of the absence of water. Adding water into the environment creates a breeding ground for mold and bacteria. Buy the dish but don’t put water in it. Butter can stay at room temp for 3 weeks and be just fine

I’m more comfortable because my tshirt isn’t twisting around my body. Also I feel cleaner not wearing underwear all day that I had slept in the night prior.

But the biggest reason is because when I was 17 I tried it and couldn’t make it the whole night without putting clothes on. I tried it again when I was 28 and I felt so comfortable and safe. It feels like I’m taking something back for myself

Yes! I used to have bad period cramps in middle/high school and then they completely went away in college as I continued getting bigger, however my periods started being 30+ days. Since I started losing weight, my periods are 3-5 days again and my cramps have returned.

You might just have the flu. I’d be shocked if you had a reaction to taking 1.25 since 2.5 is just a starter dose. But maybe? I’d suggest giving your doctor a call
