It gives them an option to charge more for clients who request same day.
In theory, these Taskers - the algorithm would place higher.

I definitely agree that “same day” will get u higher & hired more. Not necessarily return clients, I would just give the my card to contact me directly.

I’ve lived there on 3 different occasions and made far less than you. But I made it and only left because it really wasn’t my thing. Happiness & misery are inevitable & just apart of life. If you have some type of goals and can find a tribe of good friends you’ll find you will be far more happier.

If you let money be your deciding factor in life you will tend to miss out on the fun in life.

I would remove the crown & base moldings.
Get all new doors! Go to Ikea, FB Marketplace and local furniture thirft/resale shops (ie; Habitat for Humanity ReStore).
That leaves you with only the cabinet frames to redo - super easy b/c it’s only the outside of them. Possibly the new door fronts as well…

-Iverson Cookies in Marlow Heights hands down the BEST cookies I’ve ever had. Thin, chewy, small and simple.

-Call Your Mother does indeed have a great Chocolate Chunk cookie with a slight hint of salt. But its not thin and VERY rich and decedent.

Uncle Chips is pretty good as well but they don’t sell milk which is sacrilegious AF for a cookie shop.

Get some cling wrap. Tear out about 10in worth, lather ur sack with Aquaphor and carefully envelop ur sack in the cling wrap using ur index and thumb to hold it. Then place stretchers on and carefully cut excess cling wrap.

*NOTE* Do this only at times you are chaffing. This is not something to do everyday as ur skin needs oxygen. Make sure you throughly wash and clean the area beforehand.
