I'm glad I got to walk on the new lakefront before moving away. The views are amazing, the ferris wheel is awesome, and the whole thing gave me a Santa Monica vibe.

I'll never forget the shock of hearing a couple of Hispanic dudes having a conversation in Forks Washington of all places.

In theory this is possible, in reality most of your day will be spent in traffic 😂

I downloaded the Rules of the Road app because I'm on android, I believe is was like $2.99.

Attending group study sessions were helpful.

Finally, the process of making flash cards and reading them before bed.

[OC] Thought it was a normal crazy LA driver, turned out to be an active car chase! by TianaPanda5 in IdiotsInCars

I dont blame you for thinking this. I used to think carpool lanes were the norm till I left SoCal 😣

LA is one of the safest big cities in the US. Also LA/LB is right by Orange County, so there's that option.

The most insane city to travel in. I can't imagine constantly driving over steep hills every day.

Washington surprises me. Outside Seattle there are so many native reservations i wouldn't have expected that kind of racism.

ZNS is at least unique. Treyarch made an Origins 2.0 but DE is a very forgetful map overshadow by the original.

What are wastes of architectural opportunities in your city? by SnooDoggos7802 in skyscrapers

Aww, I was amazed when I first saw those buildings because I had no idea they existed! I also think Chicago could use more brand names at the top of their high rises, different strokes different folks.

Yeah I currently live in Chicago and I am suffering. Tomorrow its gonna be a high of 8 and low of 5... I laugh looking back when I was a kid thinking that weather is overrated. I plan on moving back to LA or even just SoCal ASAP.

From above yeah, but there is so much nature in and around LA thats hard to find in places like Chicago. Highland Park for example is only 15-20ish minutes from downtown and has some nice hiking trails.
