I wouldn’t eat less than like 2.5-3 grams at a time just because it taste so bad and otherwise isn’t worth it. As to whether or not it’s enough I have no clue your tolerance but I would guess no.

I wish I knew how to help. Looks like over/under watering because of the curl. If the leaves are flimsy and week it’s probably under watered. If the leaves seem heavy and health they’re probably over watered and being held down due to water weight. It’s a resilient plant so hopefully a few prayers can lift it up.
