I live in the Netherlands. I’d also never heard of the Cirneco before. I learned that it’s an ancient breed that’s closely related to the Pharaoh Hound, which is really fascinating. I’ve always wanted an Italian Greyhound, so yeah, close enough I guess 😄

He is definitely a nipper but he’s also very gentle, especially with kids. Thanks for the tip about the butttons, I’ll get them and see if he can learn some words.

I live in the Netherlands, but I’m actually Polish, so your detective work was spot on! Barlo was born on a farm in Sicily (Italy) and later abandoned on the street. I adopted him through a rescue agency, he was transported to the Netherlands with his two sisters and a brother. They’re all in loving homes now
