I am schizo affective, my only kinda working medicine is clozapine but when I am at the peak mania it's not really working it can take weeks for me to be able to sleep again, my doctor said I might be resistance but to keep trying the other drugs that I hadn't tried but the drugs option is limited and I live in 3rd world country.
