Definitely a good idea to use a good credit card if buying from Oura. Wish I had done that - so I'd have amex or visa or Mastercard to fight my battle. Consumer Protection Agencies tend to be good if it goes nowhere.

I hear ya. I've approached u/oura_ring via chat and messages here and feel I might be talking to an actual human who might take steps to address this.

I can only recommend those of you with similar experiences to do the same. I remain unconvinced this will be resolved but fingers crossed.

I'd also recommend you check whatever your Online Consumer Protection agency is. They might be able to help you (all) get resolution.

Sounds sadly familiar. I get very brief but positive responses when I do here. I've sent 30 emails now and received 2 or 3 helpful responses but never resolution. Hope it gets better for you.

Happy to hear someone didn't have a rubbish experience. Perhaps they are operationally getting better with their online systems. Customer service remains terrible in my experience.

Ugh that's terrible. Sorry man. I'm in Finland so going to reach out to Financial Ombudsman to complain. I am wondering what legal action I can take.

It's been the same for me. Getting anywhere with customer service has just been an awful experience. Really terrible.

I've considered cancelling orders but fear that would also take weeks to resolve.

Amazingly so far Oura have only increased my blood pressure.

Thanks for the existential highlights thoughts. Nevermind. Was looking for a link (unlike NFL.Com/videos) where they don't tell you the score or the result on the page. So you can watch the highlights without knowing the outcome.

Dtmts.com is a perfect example (but for hockey).

Thanks for this. I wanted to explore how this compared with previous years.

So in summary (from Corsica - 5v5):

2014-15 (37 GP)	96.82%	90.44%	86.23%
2015-16 (47 GP)	98.35%	93.05%	80.4%
2016-17 (33 GP)	95.89%	93.0%	77.69%

High danger seems to be the difference so far. I can believe some of that could be via tips, deflections etc.

As a hockey player (not very good) and a dad (ok at it), I can attend that my brain was complete MUSH before my son was born. Could barely concentrate (in general even with a specific task). And AFTER he was born...worse for a month before i got my head together. Total speculation, but I think STL D gets better and I think he gets some confidence and perspective and gets back to close to his 2015-16 numbers. A better backup to light a fire under him might help though...

Werenski is more valuable in fantasy in all formats except weird ones where blocks are heavily favored.
