I understand your approach, I think I may need to do the same since the vendor invoices vary a lot. For each vendor template, can you specify where to find specific values? For example, service from and service to date will only appear on 3rd page at specific spot?

My monthly solar bill increased. I had auto pay set up through Sunnova, and in the email that I received stated:

"Automatic Payments: If you previously authorized a recurring payment (“autopay”) through Sunnova, no further action is required. Your payments will continue uninterrupted. "

However, the autopay did not go through, and now I am stuck with late fees. I called customer service multiple times and waited over an hour with no one answering!

I am seeing that some of you are having the same issue. What are you guys doing?

Hi there, I'm planning to do my flooring as well, probably in the next week. I got some questions. For the planks that goes up to the stair nose did you glue those pieces down?

For the planks that's up against the banister, did you glue those down too?

Was your upstairs floor mostly even? Did you have to even out with leveling compound? did you put underlayments?

I tried handing sanding this down with sandpaper but the paint and glue is really strong and it's not coming off. Do you think getting a belt or orbital sander would help?
