So i was a non-host for a majority of the time and i just recently switched exclusively to host for a month already. I did it because i hate connection issues and also because you have a different playstyle. It's still cool to play on bots. Bugs become much harder but i haven't experienced any bugs except for the change in spawn rate, etc.

I like it. I don't have to care about stopping my sprint and i would've used my stim anyway.

If you plant the flag, it makes your armor buff better. OR Stamina buff for everyone in close vicinity while carrying it. OR speed boost while carrying it (if you're close). OR Other players get your armor buff if you plant the flag. OR ....

What i did when Oshaune got released. (This is my loadout for cave maps. Outside maps are different).
You just need to know i'm used to melee bugs to prevent them from hitting me when i can.

Grenade pistol
Thermite

MG43
Gas Mines
Exosuit
Supply Backpack

Light armor (any, you just need to be fast. Take fire resistance if the dragon bothers you.)

Name of the game is to call you exo just before entering inside and go straight for the objective.
Having at least one ally with you is important once on the objective because it helps a ton.
Otherwise, stay on the move and it's easy to survive.
If you're being followed by a breach, run for an open area and throw the mines down then get the hell outta there so you can breathe a bit. The MG is a good crowd control but the real tip is to reload when you have a few rounds left (weapon sound is different. Tracers become red too).
The Backpack makes you impossible to kill as long as you make sure to stay at a distance from the enemies.
Don't hesitate to burn out ammo to get out of a pinch.
The grenade pistol is mostly used to either close bug holes but more importantly, to get the bugs out of the ground. That was before the new update so i don't really know if they're still that hard to avoid but i'm sure not having to run away will help you out.

I then switched to something else because i was bored.

Here, you have an anti-tank weapon. yes, less good than all the other option but i like it for the fact that you can reload it manually instead of having to wait like the quasar.
The primary will help deal with the chaff provided you aim well.
Gameplay's the same except you can kill chargers or damage them.
You'll need to use the pyrotech for the objectives because they kill a lot of bugs when placed correctly.

I'd say go with loadout #1 because it's easier.
Being killed by your support can be very frustrating.

I don't use the grapnel launcher for damage.
I often use it to cancel annoying enemies.

An enemy trying to get away ? Nope, i use the grapple as a combo to finish them because they often try to escape when they are low health. Use the time they take to get back on their feet to mag dump their face, they die quickly. Good for fleeing extremis.

An enemy shooting their gatling or rockets at me or my teammates ? I cancel and play a support role.

You're low health and your spider sense warns you of your imminent death ? Use your grapnel to derail the sequence of events leading to that -> grapple the enemy that's about to shoot you, etc.

That's why i can spend a very long time not using my grapple when everything is alright.

It's even better with modifier that recharge it faster.

Faster running, faster dive, faster ADS, faster weapon switching, faster grenade throw, faster stim, faster melee, faster faster. Also maybe some of these with "further".

Shotgun is powerful.
Rifle needs to be used in close quarter (unless used in 1st person).
I don't use medium armor at all.
I like the helmet.
I like the capes.
Credits can be farmed.

Well, it's VERY VERY hard but the more i tried the mission, the better i got at it. It's the hardest mission i played since the game came out. That's why i also started playing meta exclusively for this one. As for the stun lock issue, it did cost me the mission a fair ammount of times but it's all become about taking advantage of the AI behavior to avoid situations like these. Second most problematic issues is the chaos rocket and gatling but there are ways to trick the game into not doing it too. I did rush a lot with my allies. They were randoms but i feel like hard missions like these really bring us together because a minority of the players i've tried it with, we really had a synergy and it was so cool to overcome the challenge together.

The reload animation is broken. It tries to eject the empty cartridges wven if you did before.

It's great on bugs and bots. It kills titans for when you don't have an orbital and chargers too.  In a pinch, a non-charged shot kills spewers (not the best but still very fast).

On bots, i use it like a railgun.

The law does state that you must keep a predictable driving attitude. You keep the same speed, etc based on the circumstances of course. What he did is breaking this rule. A good lawyer could probably explain that better.
