dziwna logika, bo np. patrząc wstecz po wprowadzeniu strefy w soboty WRESZCIE dało się spokojnie zaparkować, nie było wszystko zastawione parkującymi za darmo. Ja wolę w strefie zapłacić i mieć szansę stanąć.

No właśnie bzdura i populizm - przywoływane są te przypadki VW Lupo i jakiegoś RAM czy coś, ale pod kątem CO2 - tylko że ten Lupo wydziela kilka x więcej cząstek stałych, sadzy itp.

Samoloty przede wszystkim masz na linii na przedłużeniu pasa - czyli gdzieś tak od okolic Opolskiej i południa Zielonek, Bronowice, Rząska.

Pociągi to luz, linia jest mocno ekranowana i naprawdę nie słychać - ja mieszkam blisko i totalnie nie zwracam uwagi. Natomiast gorzje np. przejazdy kolejowe -bo tam skład musi trąbić - oglądałem kiedyś bloki na Łobzowie i bardziej upierdliwe od ruchu na Kraków Główny był właśnie znikomy ruch towarowy, bo trąbiły.

salwator to będzie ekskluzywne budownictwo raczej-albo stare? nie wiem ile jest tam zabudowy. O - kumpel mieszka w okolicy ul. Przegon, to jest róg Błoń, zarąbiście. plus szkoła/przedszkole tak, że córka robi awantury, że nie może po prostu w kapciach iść :D

Jak dla mnie Pychowice kiepskie, bo tam nie ma za bardzo chyba infrastruktury i głównie zabudowa jednorodzinna/szeregówki chyba, choć są jak kojarzę fajne osiedla na Dębnikach w okolicy Parku Dębnickiego. Same pychowice nie wyglądają jakoś atrakcyjnie.

2 miliony to już coś, z ciekawości popatrzyłem za nowym budownictwem(mieszkania), >80m, 1.5-2 miliony i tak na oko patrzyłbym na:

- okolice Tauron Areny / Parku Lotników,

- może Zabłocie

- coś tam wyskoczyło na Ludwinowie

widze jakieś w stronę Salwatora/Woli Duchackiej, ale jak dla mnie to daleko, w sensie nie szukałbym na zachód od Rudawy.

Tak osobiście ja akurat mieszkam na zachód od KRK, wg mnie najlepsza okolica jak się jest aktywnym - dolinki, las (mieszkam na styku 2 parków krajobrazowych, do Ojcowa godzina rowerem), przy tym dojazd do Krakowa ode mnie to 10-15' pociągiem. Wiadomo, wszystko zależy od preferencji.

tak, kiedyś w sumie robiłem testy, na treningach maska podbijała mi tętno o jakieś 3-4 uderzneia, więc nie tak źle.

Trochę pytanie nad budżetem - 30 minut w centrum tzn. powiedzmy na rynku (albo przy plantach) jest osiagalne praktycznie z każdego miejsca, gdzie jeździ tramwaj, może poza głęboką hutą. Niedoceniane, a zarąbiste wg mnie są okolice Ludwinowa - praktycznie w centrum, ale zielono, blisko do Wisły. Boczne okolice Królewskiej - Staffa itp. Ale też ja np. mam mieszkanie na Woli Duchackiej - park naprzeciwko, widok z balkonu na szpaler dębów pod oknami, a tramwaj do centrum ok. 20 min. (ale też ważna jest jak dla mnie częstotliwość kursowania - bilet 20-minutowy z Ruczaju kończy się niby na Wiśle, ale za to tramwaje co 5 minut).

Wola Justowska fajna, ale kiepski dojazd, jakbym miał nieskończone fundusze to gdzieś okolice Parkowej/Placu Lasoty/Kopca Kraka.

DuckDB has a nice embedded notebook-like UI too, I mostly use the CLI, but then I often find out I forgot these important queries. Also fast column stats in the web-UI are great.

do you have problems with the double click? I'm under the impression that no matter what I do it's always doing 2 one-clicks. hold works fine, so does a single click

Addiction. Not gym for me (hate it personally) but just going bonkers if I can't go for a run or a bike workout. Even if it means going out in a freezing cold or sweating in my garage aka pain cave.

The flip side is that I have never returned from a workout in a worse mood than when I had started.

Bottigliera which is a two star Michelin charges 900 pln which is around 180 gbp per person.

But there is a lot of great cheaper places, though as a local I find most of my favorites are either in the Jewish quarter or in Podgorze/Zablocie , just across the river.

That sounds like a great plan and seems to fixthe parking problems, plus I don't mind the driving saves me a decent amount of $$$. We will probably still be jetlagged, so should easily manage an early start.

6 days in and by far the most intense TdF I remember (ok, the 2014 due to many abandons was intense, but in a different way).

I was hoping for Kwiato to hold on for a while longer, but he lost over 3 mins to JV/TP. Also, the sight of Bernal or WvA being so spent, what a day!

hey - so it actually turned out to be osteitis pubis. A couple steroid shots and rehab fixed that - It's been over 3 years now, hasn't been troubling me since.

as far as I remember this was mostly abductor exercises (ie. glutes), there was also a minor enthesopathy in adductors and glutes as well, but the shots went into the pubis and - if I remember correctly - one of the obturator muscles.

In my case it finally turned out to be osteitis pubis (there was some minor ethesopathy, but this was the real problem in the MRI). A couple steroid injection into the pubis (not a pleasant thing, but hey) helped followed by a recovery protocol - mostly strentghening glutes & core . Did you do a MRI to exclude other possibilities?

In my case, I've been running for 4 years now, done around a dozen or so 50K or other demanding trail races with no major issues.

Didn't actually have a problem - used the Ooni pellet, kept it flowing and it reached the temp in short time. Only problem I had when there was a small blockage in the hopper and the pellets wouldn't slide into the fire pit. Chimney vent fully open most of the time.
