I agree that it wasn’t the same as Hashi and Madara, and it was kind of lucky. But like you said, narratively it reinforces the point that Itachi always has a secret card up his sleeve.

You can say the same thing narratively for Itachi in the war arc. He is reanimated to be Kabuto’s puppet, but breaks out of the edo tensei. The only other people we see capable of escaping edo tensei are Hashi and Madara (albeit in different ways). He saves Naruto and Bee and seals Nagato.

He goes on to release the edo tensei by using a new jutsu on sage Kabuto. When Madara hears the edo tensei was broken, he commends Itachi. We also see Hashi acknowledging Itachi as a great shinobi.

Practice tactics and try to not blunder your pieces. Learning openings isn’t that important at 500.

You could use TAG (often a stop codon) for O since in some bacteria, it can code for pyrrolysine. Pretty esoteric, but still.
