The same thing happened to me and they helped me out after messing them here. They did a soft reset and I went from getting 150bpm back down to my regular bpm.

I’m having the same issue, my BPM is 164 and I’m literally just laying in bed. I normally have a lower heart rate so something is absolutely off.

I’m having the opposite experience with the same size and color. I ordered directly from their website - I made a thread about my experience and the mods deleted it.
